Integrated production infrastructure in Karabuk
Hot rolling · Cold drawing · Advanced processing

We design our facilities as an active production system that brings capacity, quality and process discipline to the same premium standard.

At SAKA Demir Çelik, we produce steel round, square, hexagonal, chamfered, free-cutting and peeled products in TSE and ISO standards in our hot rolling and cold drawing units. Our facility flow manages production, quality control, maintenance and shipment in a fast and controlled order where each stage reinforces the next.

Facility Capability

Modern line planning, controlled flow and customer-focused flexibility together

Our facility infrastructure is built on an integrated production model where hot rolling, cold drawing and advanced processing lines support one another. Transitions between processes are planned in a controlled way according to the technical needs of the order, so quality, speed and surface performance are preserved together.

Integrated process sequence From initial forming to final finishing, hot and cold processes advance with a unified production logic.
Quality focus is active at every stage The production flow is backed by quality control discipline that meets tolerance and surface expectations.
Fast site coordination The close positioning of machine, welding and maintenance workshops strengthens operational continuity.

Process Flow

We expand our production strength with a layered and controlled line structure

Each line is planned to provide a technical advantage to the next stage. This brings product quality, dimensional accuracy and shipping performance together on a single flow.

Hot Rolling

The first formation stage and the main starting point of production flow take shape on our controlled hot rolling infrastructure.

  • Controlled management from billet to the first section
  • Strong starting capacity for high-volume production
  • Balanced semi-finished preparation for subsequent processes

Cold Drawing

Expectations for dimensional precision, surface quality and product standard are reinforced in our cold drawing unit.

  • Optimized process for tighter tolerance targets
  • Controlled improvement in surface and form quality
  • Technical structure approaching the final product

Advanced Processing Lines

With operations such as straightening, cutting, chamfering, grinding and peeling, the product is refined according to its application.

  • Application-specific surface and dimensional preparation
  • Flexible processing for different product requirements
  • Increasing value-added production capability

Quality and Shipping

Quality control, finished goods area, maintenance support and site organization provide a safe flow from order to delivery.

  • Traceable quality control structure
  • Orderly product management in the finished goods area
  • Disciplined site coordination ready for shipment

Site Layout and Planning

We manage different production zones with an organization that feeds one another

Established on approximately 20,000 m² of indoor space, our facility consists of a billet yard, finished goods area, hot and cold rolling units, and machine, welding and maintenance workshops. The layout plan is shaped to ensure both operational speed and process continuity.

Billet Yard Safe receipt of raw material, orderly stockkeeping and controlled flow into production.
Finished Goods Area Classification, protection and shipment readiness of completed products.
Rolling and Processing Lines A line arrangement where hot rolling, cold drawing and advanced processing operations support each other.
Maintenance and Support Workshops Machine, welding and maintenance teams positioned close to production to preserve site continuity.
Support Rapid intervention with the machine workshop
Durability Process continuity through welding and maintenance
Flow Site coordination ready for shipment
